OHA Workers' Compensation Benchmarking Service

Conceived of, designed and developed by the OHA Safety Leadership Council, OHA's Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Service aims to promote employee safety management best practices by assisting hospitals in evaluating safety performance.

RiskControl360° is OHA’s workers’ compensation benchmarking service administrator, providing hospitals with the capability to compare their employee injury rates and costs against aggregate injury and cost data from all participating hospitals. This information can then be used to develop business plans to further improve workplace safety performance. This data is not available from any other source.

RiskControl 360° is available to all OHA member hospitals. Those interested in enrolling should contact RiskControl 360° for more information regarding the terms of the service agreement. Upon signing a service agreement, hospitals can begin uploading injury data with the help of RiskControl 360° through the secure OHA website. Customers will receive a unique username and password to ensure security and confidentiality.


For no additional cost, participants will be able to attend a half-day workshop, to give members the opportunity to understand and evaluate their benchmarking results, as well as develop business plans for improving safety and controlling the costs of workers’ compensation. 

Annual Fee

RiskControl360° is available for a low annual fee of $300 for new members and $200 for renewing members.
