As the united voice of Ohio’s hospitals, the Ohio Hospital Association leverages data and expertise to be the leader in influencing health policy, driving quality improvement initiatives and advocating for economic sustainability to serve our diverse membership. Established in 1915, OHA is the nation’s first state-level hospital association. For more than a century, we have been helping member hospitals meet the needs of the communities they serve.
Member hospitals are diverse—serving rural and urban areas, educating new health care professionals and leading world-class research and innovation.
OHA is governed by a member-driven board of trustees comprising representatives of diverse member hospitals from across the state. The OHA Institute of Health Innovation is guided by a separate board of directors.
OHA committees and work groups inform and help guide OHA's positions on various health care topics. Connect here with 2019 committees and work groups.
