OHA Recognition Dinner

OHA's annual recognition dinner is a time-honored tradition. Generally held Tuesday evening during the OHA Annual Meeting in Columbus, the event celebrates the excellence of hospital caregivers and health care leaders statewide.

At the event, we announce the OHA Hall of Fame inductee(s), present our Health Care Leadership Awards and celebrate all the nominees for Health Care Worker of the Year.

2020 Recognition Dinner Reimagined

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 OHA Recognition Dinner was reimagined and transitioned to a virtual event. A recording of the celebration is available here.

Adora Namigadde, reporter, WOSU Radio, served as the emcee for the event which included special tributes from several prominent Ohio leaders and a caregiver appreciation story from Stacey Unsinger, a COVID-19 survivor.

Our annual recognition of the hospital caregivers and the achievements of our member hospitals is a highlight of the year at OHA. We continue to monitor the ever-evolving landscape and will be working to plan our recognition events in 2021. We will share additional details as they are confirmed.
