The session will focus on topics around Occupational Safety and Health Administration issues, Federal Wage and Hour issues, guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, decisions made by the National Labor Relations Board regarding COVID-19 issues, and interaction between the USDOL and states in the unemployment insurance area. Finally, the session will highlight continuing questions and developments as a result of the enactment of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, the CARES Act and the COVID IV legislation passed by Congress last week.
