Webinar: Reducing Barriers of Nursing Shortages and Challenges

Hospital Management

1 - 2 p.m.

According to The American Nurses Association, ANA, there will be more registered nurse jobs available through 2022 than any other profession in the United States. The Travel RN demand has increased by 62% over the last 30 days and due to COVID-19 the Open Nursing crisis has increased by 352% over the last 30 days with 30% of all current open jobs labeled as “crisis.” As a result of significant increases week over week travel nurse rates have been a great challenge to most health systems across the country, particularly in specialties like ICU, Med Surg, and ER. To contain cost there are many best practice options beyond rates. Our goal is to share best practices on how to best engage support from all suppliers based on your requirements and increasing your opportunity to successfully staff your facilities
