Health Care Worker Well-Being Resources Available

The National Academy of Medicine recently launched the Resource Compendium for Health Care Worker Well-Being, which highlights tools ready to be deployed and strategies to address systems issues related to health care workers’ burnout.
The compendium defines the six essential elements for health care worker well-being as advancing organizational commitment, strengthening leadership behaviors, conducting workplace assessment, examining policies and practices, enhancing workplace efficiency, and cultivating a culture of connection and support. Each element has its own list of resources.
