Trinity Health Systems Collaborates with Nonprofits, Offers Grants to Improve Community Health in Ohio 

Trinity Health Systems recently held a town hall with local nonprofit leaders to discuss new community health improvement grants, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, to target various in-need demographics in Jefferson County, Ohio. These demographics include the homeless, elderly, single mothers and children. With funding support from CommonSpirit Health, Trinity Health aims to collaborate with the community to address health and well-being issues, accepting grant applications until Sept. 8, with successful applicants to be announced in November for projects to be conducted in 2024.
