Walmart, CareSource Partnership to Fight Disparities in Ohio

Walmart and CareSource are partnering to address racial disparities and health inequities in the US. The partnership will start in Ohio with addressing cardiometabolic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and hypertension. The CareSource collaboration will offer members extra assistance, such as transportation, access to healthy food, care access and help with care management.
