Nominate an Outstanding Nurse for March of Dimes Nurse of the Year

Nominations are now open for the 2017 March of Dimes Ohio Chapter Nurse of the Year Awards. The March of Dimes presents these awards each year to pay tribute to the nursing profession and recognize extraordinary nurses throughout Ohio.
Nominations in 18 different categories will be accepted until June 23.
To be eligible for an award, nurses must be nominated by a colleague, peer or a patient whom they have served. Nominees may have achievements in research and education or are at the front lines of care from advanced practice to critical care and maternal/newborn care. Award recipients will be determined by a distinguished selection committee comprised of health care professionals.

Nurses throughout the state who have been nominated will gather with coworkers, families and friends Nov. 3 at the Hyatt Regency Columbus for the annual awards gala.
Proceeds from the Nurse of the Year Awards directly benefit the March of Dimes mission to have every baby born strong and healthy.
