The Ohio Society of Health Care Human Resources Administrators, or OSHHRA, provides ample opportunity for high-quality education, leadership and fellowship — promoting the strategic development of effective human resources management in OHA health care organizations.
 

Become a Member

Individuals in hospital human resources administration who are employed by an OHA member hospital or health system, OHA associate members, or OHA corporate partners are eligible to join. At least 50 percent of an eligible individual's job duties must be related to personnel administration. Emeritus status is open to members upon retirement from active employment with an OHA organizational member institution, and from the field represented by the society.

NATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND RESOURCES

OSHHRA is represented at the national level by the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration Region 5 Consultant Karyn Batdorf, CHHR, director of Human Resources at Mercy Health in Cincinnati.

Region 5 includes Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Canada.
