Workforce Violence Toolkit
OHA collaborated with member hospitals and health systems to develop a library of evidence-based tools, strategies and resources to help our member hospitals and health systems assess violence risks and make the care environment safer for employees, patients and the community they serve. This toolkit is available to OHA members only.
Business Community Outreach Toolkit
OHA created a Member Business Toolkit focused on helping members engage insurance brokers, local employers and the broader business community to help them understand how the processes of specific insurance companies/third-party administrators impact patients and employees. This toolkit is available to OHA members only.
Workforce Recruiting Outreach Toolkit
Working with the member-driven Workforce Task Force, OHA created a social media campaign and toolkit to increase awareness of the variety of career opportunities at Ohio hospitals. Members can customize the graphics, videos and posts to use on the hospitals' or health systems' channels.
