The Ohio Hospital Association, in collaboration with a member workforce taskforce developed a social media social media campaign designed to support hospital workforce development and recruitment endeavors and fostering statewide awareness about the array of career opportunities within Ohio’s hospitals.
Additionally, OHA created a toolkit that provides a wealth of resources for members to adapt and use in their own outreach efforts. OHA continues to reach out to members to join the campaign by including your staff members in short video segments.
