Overview
This webinar series focuses upon key aspects of hospital violence. Workplace violence safety is one of the most important areas of safety in our hospitals and health systems. Reducing workplace violence incidents and injuries today requires that we look at every facet of a workplace violence program. This includes policies, procedures, metrics, employee experiences and more.
This webinar series is about sharing information. KLA Risk Consulting’s Kelly L. Austin, PsyD, will provide a deeper look into each topic then open up the lines for questions and sharing. Mentoring and sharing information is one of the best things we can do for each other.
