Sponsorship Details Availability Cost
Educational Tracks Final tracks will be determined by late February, 2025. Typically 4 sessions per track. Sample tracks include Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Facilities Management.

  • Sponsor may act as presider for each session in track, introduce all speakers and offer 1-minute synopsis of services at each session.
  • Recognized in OHA publications, on mobile app, and on-location signage.
  • Option of providing mp4 video (90 seconds or less) to play on repeat between sessions in session room. Please note this cannot be a link to a YouTube video and must be an mp4 format. The deadline for OHA to receive this mp4 video is Monday, April 28, 2025. Your presider will need to start this video in order for it to play between sessions.

CEO Center

Available for hospital CEOs to network and relax during annual meeting. This area is not available for other attendees and Corporate Partners.

  • Access to CEO Lounge on sponsored day.

  • Ability to have Corporate Partner booth right outside of lounge.

OHA Awards Dinner

Annual awards dinner held Tuesday evening to recognize hospital employees.

  • Opportunity to give a 1-3-minute video to be played during welcome reception.

Day 3 – Joint Commission Summit

OHA welcomes The Joint Commission to the 2025 Annual Meeting Summit. Event includes luncheon, speakers and more! The intended audience will be executive level leadership, Quality/Accreditation teams and mid-level clinical/nursing leaders.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Recognized on event mobile app and conference signage.
  • Sponsor will also be verbally sponsored during the event.
  • Sponsor has opportunity to come and give a 5-minute introduction about their company at the beginning of the meeting or during the lunch and can attend the summit.

  • Sponsor gets 2-3 minutes speaking time at start of lunch (can show slides, video, etc.) and may introduce the speaker(s).

Technology Sponsor Technology sponsorship includes audio visual, WiFi, and mobile app. Approx. $110,000 value.

  • Recognition on onsite signage
  • Recognition on mobile app, online schedules and communications for the event recognizing you as our technology sponsor.
  • Sponsor will be recognized on signs for charging stations and WiFi information.
  • Logo placement in each session and keynote speaker introduction slides.

  • Using our OHA-branded mobile app, you can scan attendee badges to collect their details, add notes and export directly to your email or phone as an Excel file/spreadsheet.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own devices to login to the app for lead retrieval.
  • This is an in-app option only and not available on the web platform.
