Heidi Mannix

Heidi Mannix is the Senior Director of Data Services at the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA), where she has worked since 2009. In this role, she leads the development, implementation, and management of data-driven programs and services. With an MBA from Capital University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University, Heidi combines deep technical expertise in SQL and Power BI with strong business acumen. She has a proven track record of delivering efficient data solutions, establishing data quality standards, and driving strategic initiatives that support healthcare partners and stakeholders. At OHA, Heidi collaborates with internal teams and external partners to enhance data systems, ensure data accuracy, and develop new features for OHA’s data applications. Prior to becoming Senior Director, Heidi served as Director of Data Analysis and Reporting and Manager of Data Systems Support, where she led data-sharing initiatives, managed secure data transfers, and provided technical support. She is committed to fostering collaboration, empowering teams, and delivering high-quality data solutions.
