Kelsey Brown

As the Associate Vice President, Strategic Programs, Kelsey provides leadership and oversight of OHA's strategic programs, workforce initiative, education, and events. She establishes and fosters partnerships with key stakeholders, and leads forums and initiatives related to member priority focus areas. Kelsey supports her team's work in hosting the OHA Annual Meeting, and in managing the OHA Affiliated Society conferences. Her team is integral in responding to member needs, by offering numerous learning opportunities and continuing education credits. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Otterbein College, Kelsey gained bedside clinical experience and knowledge of overall hospital operations. Before coming to OHA in March 2022, she served as a Senior Risk Consultant at OhioHealth for over nine years.
