Kyle Norton
Controller and Senior Director, Business Operations
Kyle is responsible for the accounting and finances of OHA and its subsidiaries and oversees business operations of corporate partnerships, the unemployment compensation program, the energy and sustainability program, and the hand hygiene program. He works with the OHA Board's Audit/Finance Committee and is responsible for all financials, audits, and tax returns. Kyle joined OHA in 2024 and is a CPA with a background in not-for-profit accounting, including seven years at a higher education association. Kyle earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Bowling Green State University and his master's degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.
