We invite you to join the Ohio Hospital Association and your fellow health care colleagues for the 110th Annual Meeting and Educational Summit. This three-day event brings multidisciplinary professionals together from within OHA’s member hospitals and health systems to inspire creative thinking, share innovative approaches, provide professional continuing education and collaborate with peers on priority issues affecting Ohio hospitals. We provide a setting where OHA members can gather to learn, discuss thoughts, network, share ideas, create new ideas, ignite motivation and expand their knowledge.
Who Should Attend
OHA hospital and hospital system member CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, CMOs, CIOs; nursing leaders/managers in all service lines, physicians, diversity officers, human resources professionals involved at all levels in health care, finance management, facility management, hospital attorneys, health law attorneys, compliance officers, risk management, patient safety officers, quality managers public relations professionals, medical service staff, data management and OHA Corporate Partners may register for the educational sessions and vendor components at no cost.

Stephen “Shed” Shedletzky is a speaker, coach and author who helps leaders foster a culture of psychological safety and open communication. A former key leader at Simon Sinek, Inc., he has guided organizations worldwide in creating people-first workplaces. Shed is the author of "Speak-Up Culture: When Leaders Truly Listen, People Step Up" and has delivered hundreds of keynotes and workshops across industries.
With a background in leadership and strategy from the Ivey Business School, he continues to inspire leaders to build more engaged and fulfilled teams.

OHA Recognition Dinner

OHA's annual awards gala and dinner is a time-honored tradition for OHA and member hospitals. This special recognition event occurs the Tuesday evening during the OHA Annual Meeting in Columbus. The event celebrates the excellence of hospital caregivers and health care leaders statewide. At the event, we present our Health Care Leadership awards and celebrate all the nominees for Health Care Worker of the Year. Individual seats and table reservations will be available soon.

CNO Roundtable Luncheon
Monday May 19 2025
This luncheon is open to chief nursing officers of member hospitals and offers an opportunity for peer networking and a discussion of common issues facing nursing leaders. The luncheon cost is $45. All attendees must register for the luncheon while registering for the overall conference. Use the link at the top of this page to register.

If you require hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency, please make room reservations by using the hotel reservation link here or contact the Hyatt Regency Columbus at 800-233-1234. Be sure to use the OHA meeting code “G-CYOC” to receive OHA’s special conference room rate of $199.00 (+ taxes) per night.
The cut-off date to receive the special conference rate is Friday, April 25. Requests received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis. The hotel prevailing rack rates will apply. Please note a first night deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. Please make your reservations quickly, as the group block fills up very early. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy — If you are unable to attend the conference, you are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. The Hyatt Regency has a 48-hour cancellation policy. (Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid the loss of your first night’s deposit.) The hotel will charge your credit card for being a no-show as well.

The Ohio Hospital Association (OLN-0017-P) is approved as a provider unit of continuing education by the Ohio Board of Nursing through the approver unit at the Ohio League for Nursing (OBN-006-92), and provider unit status is valid through June 30, 2026.
