OHA Annual Salary Survey Provides Key Compensation Insights

Each June, OHA conducts a salary survey for members, analyzing 122 leadership roles and 269 staff positions across hospitals and health systems. Participants receive data on compensation, workforce trends, turnover and vacancy rates, along with a custom competitor report at no extra cost. A separate CEO compensation survey also analyzes pay and benefits for hospital and system executives. The survey is widely valued for workforce planning.
A hospital or health system must participate in the survey to be eligible to purchase the results for the following fee:
- Independent hospitals: $600
- Small systems (3 or fewer hospitals) $600
- Systems: $1,200
